Yoga Class: Students are expected to be on time (if not early) for a scheduled lesson; students will not be permitted to enter the class after it has started. If you are not present at the beginning of class your spot will be given away.

Private Lessons: Lessons will begin per the scheduled time unless prior arrangments have been made with the selected instructor. Students arriving late to a scheduled lesson will not be afforded time beyond the scheduled time block. Students "no-showing" will not be refunded for the missed lesson. Cancellations must attempted no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled private lesson (extenuating circumstances withstanding).

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
